研究领域Research Area)

营养感应关键蛋白质和信号通路在生理和病理状态下的调控方式和作用机制,具体包括AIDAAXIN1p53等代谢调控枢纽蛋白以及GSK3-TIP60-ULK营养感应信号通路在营养感应、糖脂代谢以及肥胖、糖尿病和肿瘤等代谢性疾病发生发展过程中的调控和功能实现机制。

The regulatory mechanisms and functions of the hub proteins of metabolic regulation such as AIDA, AXIN1 and p53, and nutrient sensing pathways such as GSK3-TIP60-ULK axis under physiological or pathophysiological processes, including nutrient sensing, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism and the development of metabolic disorders such as obesity, diabetes and cancer.
