研究领域(Research Area)

  

1.     围绕核受体的生物学功能开展研究,重点研究核受体在细胞生长、死亡等命运决定过程中的调控作用分析核受体与肿瘤、代谢综合症等疾病的相关性,并筛选靶向小分子化合物。

2.    关注肿瘤发生发展过程中代谢重编程的调控机制,重点探讨肿瘤如何感应代谢应激并通过核受体等关键节点蛋白的信号传递从而适应代谢应激的状态。

The main interest of our lab is the understanding of the biological effects of nuclear receptors, focusing on the regulatory roles of nuclear receptors in process of cell fate determination, the association of nuclear receptors with tumor and metabolic syndrome, and screening small molecular compounds that targeting to nuclear receptors.

We also interest in investigating the regulatory mechanisms of metabolic reprogramming during tumorigenesis, mainly discussing how tumor cells sense and adapt to metabolic stress.
