研究领域（Research Area)

遗传因素与环境因素共同决定机体正常发育，两者协调紊乱导致疾病发生。本研究方向从遗传学和表观遗传学的角度综合探讨和分析慢性肝病发病过程中两者的协同作用机制。利用关键基因敲除、转基因模式动物建立肝纤维化、肝癌等慢性肝病等疾病模型，探讨以上疾病发病进程中组蛋白甲基化、DNA甲基化等表观遗传学网络的动态变化及其调控的关键信号通路，筛选有关慢性肝病发病的崭新的治疗靶点，研究以组蛋白甲基化为靶点的分子靶向药物。近几年主持4项国家自然科学基金，获得福建省杰出青年基金，已发表40余篇研究论文，其中包括Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A、Oncogene、J Biol Chem、Cancer Res等国际权威杂志。
