研究领域(Research Area)

侧重研究神经多肽和蛋白质的结构与功能,并揭示其在体内的调节机理。筛选与建立用于诊断人类各类重大疾病的生物指示物,并适合于临床应用。建立在抗肿瘤药物和纳米生物载体的研究基础上,优化各类分析技术(如生物质谱技术),用于研究功能多肽与蛋白质在信号传导过程中所起到的重要作用。采用蛋白质组学及相关分析技术研究在各种有机及重金属污染物胁迫下,海洋生物的致病及毒理学机理。


The research group studies the structure and function of both neural peptides and proteins, revealing their regulation mechanisms in vivo. The biomarkers of various fatal diseases in human were established for diagnosing in clinic. Basis on research in both antitumor drugs and design of nanometer biological carriers, we want to reveal the important role of some functional peptides and proteins in signal transduction pathway by developing various novel analytical techniques, such as biological mass spectroemtry. The pathogenic and toxicological mechanisms were studied by proteomic techniques including its relative analytical techniques in halobios under the stress of various organic and heavy metal contaminations.
