细胞死亡是生命体的基本属性,在成体发育、稳态维持以及疾病等过程中发挥重要作用。我们的研究主要是为了阐明细胞坏死样凋亡和焦亡的分子机制以及理解细胞死亡在生理病理情况下扮演的角色。另外,我们也采用光学成像,尤其是超高分辨率显微成像技术探索感兴趣的生物医学相关的科学问题。 

Cell death is a fundamental feature of life and functions in many important biological processes including development, homeostasis and pathogenesis. We focuses on 1) molecular mechanisms that control cell necroptosis and pyroptosis; 2) functions of cell death in health and disease.Another goal ofour work is to take microscopy visualization (super-resolution imaging, particularly) as the primary approach to address problems of biomedical interest.
