(Research Area

Our research will focus on the regulation of cell signaling in tissue microenvironment response to tissue regeneration and tumorigenesis. We will use the technologies of gene modification, gene knockout, and transgene and high-throughput gene expression profiling to study the metabolism of small lipid molecule, such as prostaglandins, in clinical samples, cell lines, in-vitro tissue culture and animal models of disease. We hope our studies will provide some theoretical insighttoward the tissue repair and regeneration, cancer diagnosis, and the molecular target for therapy.
